Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy today directed the officials to study and submit a detailed report on the functioning of UPSC and other State Public Service Commissions in India which conduct job recruitments and competitive examinations effectively.
Hon’ble CM held a review on job notifications issued by Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) on Tuesday. CMO Secretary Sri Seshadri, DGP Sri Ravi Gupta, Additional DG Sri CV Anand, TSPSC Secretary Anita Ramachandran, Secretary Finance Department Smt. TK Sridevi, SIT Special Officer Srinivas were present.CM Sri Revanth ordered the officials to depute a high-level official team to the UPSC in New Delhi and other State PSCs to study the recruitment process and submit a report to the government.
The CM made it clear that strict measures should be taken for the filling-up of government jobs through the Telangana Public Service Commission in a transparent manner. Hon’ble CM asked the officials to prepare appropriate guidelines for the appointment of Chairman and members of TSPSC in a transparent manner and in accordance with the directives issued by the Supreme Court of India. CM Sri Revanth has directed the officials to provide necessary technical support and required staff and other logistical support to the Telangana State Public Service Commission.
