Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy has directed the officials to conduct the upcoming 10th class and Intermediate examinations in the most efficient and effective manner. Referring to the incidents of paper leaks and other problems happened earlier, the Chief Minister said that the examinations should be conducted in a smooth manner so that the students write them without any pressure.
The Chief Minister held a review meeting on education at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat on Tuesday. Chief Secretary Smt. Santhi Kumari, Principal Secretary, Sri Naveen Mittal, Secretary Education Department Smt. Vakati Karuna, CMO Secretary Sri Seshadri and Commissioner School Education Smt. Devasena participated in the review meeting.
CM Sri Revanth instructed the officials to submit a detailed report on the performance of the state run and private owned Universities in Telangana. The CM also asked the officials to immediately furnish details on the requirement of establishing new junior colleges. The Chief Minister made it clear that priority should be given to opening new junior colleges for girls wherever required.
